Turnpoint Services Group is hiring Brand Marketing Managers; these are full-time remote positions, ideally in EST, or CST time zones.

The Brand Marketing Manager is responsible for facilitating, overseeing, and assisting in executing B2C marketing efforts for assigned brands within the TurnPoint Services portfolio. By applying extensive knowledge of the TurnPoint Services business, the marketplace, and marketing best practices, the Brand Marketing Manager collaborates with marketing leadership and key stakeholders to develop marketing plans, initiate campaigns, and coordinate the execution of marketing deliverables to fuel the growth of assigned brand(s).

The ideal candidate will have 4 years of B2C Brand Marketing experience and full mix experience in brand pricing and distribution.

This position is remote but would require occasional travel.

Success will largely be dependent on the ability to:Generate & capture market demandEnergize cross-selling and product mixGrow paying customer baseIncrease yield/ROI of marketing investmentsMake connections between daily operations and business goalsTranslate the strategic into the tacticalKeep stakeholders informed and demand pacing on trackEvaluate business opportunities and make recommendations on marketing approachReport on metrics/results and apply key findings to future endeavorsProactive planning, analysis and where necessary, course correction while taking full responsibility for marketing resultsJob Functions, Essential Duties, and Responsibilities will be focused on 4 key areas:

Take a leadership-based consultative approach and apply advanced planning skills to present marketing ideas, raise logistical considerations, and secure buy-in from key stakeholdersComprehensive knowledge of digital and traditional marketing channels in the B2C sectorIn-depth understanding of the TurnPoint Services business model as well as the plumbing, HVAC and electrical services industryAbility to foster trusting and collaborative relationships with operators, colleagues and vendorsOrganized, logical, process-oriented, strategic, and detail-orientedAdvanced investigative analytical and problem-solving skillsAdept at team collaborationStrong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to influenceIndependent and proactive thinking, adept at setting goals, prioritizing and making timley decisionsAbility to quickly adapt to new methods and work under tight deadlines3-5 years of related experienceBachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field
