Together, we are on the cusp of reaching $200M in assets and are seeking a lending expert to spearhead our path to success.

Responsibilities

Strategic Planning: Develop and execute lending strategies aligned with our business goals.

Policy Development: Craft and enhance lending policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance.

Team Empowerment: Provide guidance on lending limits and underwriting criteria to support team decision-making.

Customer Experience: Monitor service metrics, identify opportunities for improvement, and enhance the overall customer experience.

Risk Management: Stay informed about credit quality trends, propose adjustments to loan policies, and ensure portfolio quality.

Collaboration: Lead committees and engage with stakeholders to make informed lending decisions.

Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, promptly address audit findings, and uphold compliance standards.

Reporting: Deliver insightful reports on loan performance and portfolio quality.

Leadership: Foster a culture of growth and development within the lending department.

Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with auditors, regulators, and executive leadership to drive success.

Qualifications

Experience: 5+ years in leadership roles within consumer and real estate lending.

Achievements: Proven track record of driving growth in consumer loan operations.

Knowledge: Familiarity with indirect lending and commercial lending principles.

Compliance: Strong understanding of lending regulations and compliance standards.

Diversity: Commitment to serving diverse communities with high-yield lending strategies.
