Description:

+ HVAC design from projects like K-12, Higher Edu, and Gov/ Municipal projects

+ HVAC load calculations and HVAC systems/selections

+ Interact with clients and discuss HVAC design.

+ Conduct site visits

+ 60% design in Revit/AutoCAD, 25% CA, RFI, and reviewing submittals, 5% interacting with clients and site visits

Skills & Qualifications:

+ 5+ years of HVAC/MEP design

+ Experience designing in Revit and AutoCAD

+ Experience producing construction docs

+ Creating load calculations
