EOEDuties include:Greeting and assisting customers with car wash selection/payment machineOffer monthly car wash packages to customersDirect drivers to car wash entrance and help guide their vehicle onto tracksEnsure customers have their windows rolled up, antennas are down and vehicle is in Neutral once on the tracksScrub heavily soiled and hard to reach areas of vehicles, and pre-wash exterior areas of vehicles.Keep work area and outside sidewalks clear of debris and remove snow as needed.Assist in periodic maintenance of equipment used to keep them in proper working orderEnsure company policies and procedures are adhered to in carrying out daily tasksOther duties as assigned by managerRequirementsExcellent communication and customer service skills, outgoing and positive personalityPunctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility and dynamic work environmentAbility to stand for long periods of timeMust be a team player with integrity and strong work ethicsAbility to follow directions and correctly implement tasksHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredMust be authorized to work in the USA
