Was genau sollst du bei uns machen?

Du bist verantwortlich fr die Planung, Konzeption und Durchfhrung von Affiliate-Kampagnen fr deine Kunden.

Fr deine Kunden, die Affiliate-Partner und Netzwerke bist Du der zentrale Kommunikationspunkt.

Du bertst diese Kunden im Bereich Affiliate und darber hinaus.

Dabei verantwortest du die Budgets deiner Kunden und bist zustndig fr den optimalen, zielfhrender Einsatz der Manahmen.

Gemeinsam mit deinen Kunden realisierst du dessen Ziele und formulierst bei Bedarf auch eigene, ambitionierte Ziele und prsentierst diese dem Kunden.

Die Identifizierung und die Akquirierung neuer starker und strategischer Affiliate-Partner fr deine Kunden liegt in deinem Verantwortungsbereich.

Du erarbeitest proaktiv und laufend Ideen zur Performance-Optimierung und Wachstumpotentialen fr deine Kunden und prsentierst diese in professioneller und angemessener Form.

Du untersttzt unser Vertriebsteam bei Neukundenanfragen, Ausschreibungen und Pitches mit deiner Expertise.

Du wirkst mit bei Weiterbildungsformaten innerhalb der Agentur aber auch bei externen Seminaren und Inhouse-Schulungen fr Kunden.

Untersttzung und Einarbeitung der Werkstudenten & Trainees gehrt zu deinen Aufgaben.

Das wnschen wir uns von dir

Du hast ein Studium im Bereich (Online-)Marketing/BWL/Medien oder eine Ausbildung in einem medienaffinen Beruf oder etwas Vergleichbares absolviert.

Du bringst mind. 1 Jahr praktische Erfahrungen als Affiliate-Manager mit.

Du bist kommunikationsstark und hast ein kundenorientiertes, sicheres und verbindliches Auftreten.

Du denkst analytisch und hast Spa beim Umgang mit Zahlen.

Eine ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise bringst Du genauso mit wie Struktur und Selbstndigkeit.

Online-Marketing betrachtest ganzheitlich und auch wenn es mal stressig wird, du behltst souvern den berblick und immer einen khlen Kopf.

Du bringst gutes technisches Grundverstndnis ber den Aufbau und die Funktionsweise von Webseiten und Tracking-Codes mit.

Pioniergeist und Kreativitt treiben Dich an, um gemeinsam mit dem Team neue Wege zu gehen. Auerhalb deiner Comfortzone bist du am liebsten unterwegs.

Du bist flexibel, lsst dich gerne auf neue Produkte, Kunden etc. ein und besitzt eine hohe Lernbereitschaft.

Microsoft Office bedienst Du im Schlaf, Powerpoint und Excel gehorchen Dir aufs Wort.

Du bist verhandlungssicher im Deutschen (in Wort und Schrift).

Gute Englischkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab.
