Guest Services Representative

We are dedicated to creating memorable stays for our guests, offering a warm and welcoming environment where hospitality is our top priority. As a Guest Services Representative, you will be the face of our hotel, assisting guests with check-ins, and inquiries, and ensuring their comfort throughout their stay. Your attention to detail and friendly demeanor will contribute to our guests' satisfaction and loyalty. At Hampton Inn & Suites, you'll be part of a team that values professionalism, teamwork, and genuine care for our guests.
High interest for Weekend shifts 7am-3pm / 3pm -11pm and weekdays as needed.
Responsibilities
•Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome to create a positive first impression.
•Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately.
•Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
•Maintain a clean and organized lobby area to enhance the overall guest experience.
•Coordinate with other hotel staff to ensure seamless guest services and satisfaction.
Qualifications
•1-2 years of experience in customer service.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•Proficiency in GSuite (Google Docs).
•Flexibility to work weekends and evenings.
•Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
