Join to apply for the Sr. Project Manager- Traffic role at HNTB We are seeking a Sr. Project Manager to join our growing Indianapolis team. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on challenging projects and collaborate with top experts in the state. What We're Looking For As a Sr. Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing assigned projects throughout their full lifecycle. This includes developing the scope and technical sections of proposal and procurement documents, participating in contract negotiations, and overseeing the delivery of the project plan. You will proactively manage the budget, schedule, technical requirements, contractual obligations, and client communications to support the project's objectives. Responsibilities: Responsible for development of the project scope and fee quotation and assists in the preparation of technical proposals and contracts. Serves as the primary client liaison and manages the project team to deliver the scope, schedule, and budgets to completion and to the clients satisfaction. Performs technical discipline tasks including analysis, reports, design, specification, and production for assigned projects. Implements the firms project delivery plan using HNTB's Sophisticated Delivery Approach (SDA) on each project. Responsible for/oversees project staffing, including recruitment, development, retention, and succession of project staff. Partners with Client Service Leaders and pursuit champions to assist with business development, building client relationships, and pursuit efforts. May be responsible for the recruitment, hiring, development, and retention of staff. Performs other duties as assigned. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Engineering and 12 years of relevant experience. 4 years of successful management of engineering projects. Preferred Qualifications: Masters degree in Engineering. 15 years relevant experience. Professional Engineer (PE) certification. American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP) certification.
