A nod to the warm hospitality of the aboriginal Berbers of North African - also known as the free, noble people - our restaurant goes beyond satisfying your hunger. Our noteworthy dinner shows offer live provocative cirque performances.

We are seeking a dedicated, creative Lead Bartender and Standard Bartender with a minimum of 5 years experience that is interested in growing and investing in their career. The ideal candidate for both are team players but the lead is also very comfortable in a leadership role. Must be able to consistently offer a high level of professional service in a high volume cocktail driven environment. The Lead Bartender will have the opportunity to introduce new cocktails and optimize the bar program. 

Basic job functions include but are not limited to;

Extensive wine and spirits knowledge

Minimum 2 years fine dining experience

Possess an engaging personality and able to build rapport with guests 

Superior grooming and hygiene standards

Maintain all standards of cleanliness and organization of the bar area

Inventory control

Able to lift 50 lbs

Must be able to work weekend evenings for dinner show service

Able to work part or full time
