for a project based in St Paul, MN. This role is open only to candidates authorized to work and reside in the US.

Responsibilities: Job Summary: The Project Manager oversees the efficient management of several projects, including workflow, finances, and resources for assigned teams. Responsibilities include the execution and oversight of numerous projects, aligning financial and logistical expectations using timelines, schedules, budget tracking, and resource management SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures). The position is accountable for senior executive engagement and reporting on the state and performance of initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a sharp business mind and a proven ability to strategize and implement high-level program initiatives. As a leader, you will demonstrate a strong talent for project coordination, team building, and delegation while embodying a 'Consultative Mindset.' If you are motivated by the desire to optimize productivity and nurture program success from inception to completion, this is the role for you.

Primary Responsibilities and Accountabilities: Utilize extensive experience to creatively resolve complex issues and implement innovative solutions aligned with company objectives. Exercise judgment in selecting methods and techniques, recommending procedural changes, and determining resource allocation for large technical or business support projects. Coordinate activities and manage results, including costs, methods, and staffing, while fostering collaboration among project team members. Network with key contacts outside the area of expertise and frequently interact with stakeholders, clients, and senior professionals to align on strategies and drive business value. Lead large, complex projects across the organization, reporting on financial control, resource utilization, risk management, and change management. Hold self and team accountable to program objectives, conduct review sessions with stakeholders, and participate in strategic planning for the program portfolio. Translate strategic goals into technical strategies, establish project management best practices, and drive adoption of agile principles to enhance team productivity and product delivery. Partner with project sponsors and stakeholders to ensure alignment of project objectives, scope, budget, and delivery plans, while managing cross-project and cross-team initiatives. Evaluate program strengths, identify areas for improvement, and lead diverse teams to optimize productivity, engagement, and goal attainment. Ensure compliance with client policies, standards, and governance practices, while providing supervision, mentorship, and support to the team.

Qualifications: PMP Certification. Excellent experience in SDLC Methodologies, Agile, SCRUM, SDLC / Waterfall. Strong leadership, diplomatic and motivational skills including the ability to lead up, across and down multiple business and technology organizations. Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation and excellence. Build and maintain relationships by engaging business leaders to establish credibility, solve problems, build consensus and achieve objectives. Excellent leadership, communication (written, verbal and presentation) and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, decisive, with the ability to adapt to change and competing demands.

Project Management Expertise: Proficient in project management concepts, tools, and best practices, with experience in various methodologies including waterfall, agile, and hybrid. analyzing

organizational standards of satisfaction and quality. Budget Management: Manage funding channels for maximum productivity, strategizing and implementing initiatives aligned with organizational

objectives

. Program Assessment and Development: Develop evaluation protocols for continuous improvement,

maintaining

a customer-focused approach and adapting style to various audiences. Adaptability and Multitasking: Work independently with strong prioritization skills, foreseeing needs and proactively addressing them while motivating and aligning team expectations. Flexibility and Resilience: Respond well under pressure with a sense of urgency to obtain results,

maintaining

strong team

orientation and fostering relationships. Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Office applications, including Project, Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.

Experience: 10+ years of professional experience as a Project Manager.?? Ability to organize, prioritize and delegate.?? Proven success in operating in a fast-paced environment.?? Experience in project management tools.?? Outstanding working knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation

processes.

? Experience with managing large-scale, cross-

functional,

and global project teams.? Expert stakeholder management skills.??

Benefits: Trissential offers competitive compensation package for full time roles. The pay range for this role is $155,000 to $165,000 annually based on candidate's qualifications, experience, and certifications.
