Beer & Wine Department Supervisor

Job Description:

The Beer & Wine Supervisor is responsible for creating and maintaining relationships with vendors, placing and receiving orders, and for keeping the beer & wine shelf and cooler stocked, clean, and orderly. This position is responsible for providing customers with information about beer & wine, both with one-on-one customer service and the creation of signage and other marketing materials.

Duties Include:

• Providing excellent customer service and helping customers find the correct items to purchase.
• Restocking shelves and cleaning the store.
• Stocking, rotating, and facing product, building displays as required for daily sales.
• Knowing and observing the various state and local regulations regarding the sale of liquor.
• Overseeing and engaging in customer service, unloading shipments, and cleaning the department.

Schedule:

8 hour shift

40 hours per week

Night/Weekend availability
