Ops Project Associate

Join us and contribute to shaping the future of our operations in a role where your actions lead to visible results Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Assessing processes, taking measurements, and interpreting data Develop best practices, routines, and innovative solutions to improve productivity and quality of processes Perform process simulations Provide process documentation and training materials Work with store team members to collect feedback, identify best practices, and provide training Ability to identify root causes and coordinate with teams to get them fixed Additional responsibilities as assigned

Adheres to all company policies and procedures

Planned travel will be required approximately 50-70% of the time, frequently with overnight stays: occasional weekend/evening work required Qualifications: Education High School Diploma/GED equivalent required Qualifications: Experience 2+ years’ experience in field retail, wholesale, or department store setting preferred Proficient in Maverik store processes a plus Experience with Microsoft Office preferred Qualifications: Competencies Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, including strong listening skills Practice operating independently without the need for continuous oversight or direction Proven ability to effectively prioritize and balance competing needs A history of taking the initiative to identify and solve work-related problems Experience in exercising initiative and sound judgment in decision-making Duties and responsibilities, as required by business necessity may be added, deleted, or changed at any time at the discretion of management, formally or informally, either verbally or in writing.
