Looking for a

SAP SuccessFactor Architect with 12 years of experience in manufacturing Industry Certified in SuccessFactors EC, Time Off, and Onboarding. Hands-on experience with

Data Model XML . Proven experience in

configuring and managing Foundation Objects, MDF Objects, Employee Files, and RBP settings. Strong understanding of

SuccessFactors admin tasks, including workflows and permissions management. Familiarity with

Onboarding 2.0, Offboarding, and Cross boarding. Exposure to

reporting and analytics tools such as ORD and People Analytics . Experience with

Integration Centre and SFTP . Skills: Excellent communication and client-facing skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
