Intake Specialist

Duties/Responsibilities

• the case type services offered at the firm through our Attorney lead comprehensive training program
• one-hour interviews with potential clients to determine if they meet the case type requirements set by our Legal team.
• Interviews with approved sales scripts and empathy to build rapport with potential clients.
• help clients with side-by-side assistance from office Intake Managers to improve client experience.
• clients on the benefits of partnering with our firm and the payment options available to them
• potential leads into admitted clients based on benefits and values of each case type.
• and regularly follow up with all leads that have potential case types to remind them of the value of our services.
• on top of weekly Legal training with firm Attorneys

Qualifications and Requirements

• be bilingual in Spanish and English

• organizational skills and attention to detail
• analytical and problem-solving skills
• to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate
• in sales or metrics-based environment a plus

This position is full-time, with a thorough training period.
