Grounds custodians are essential in maintaining the aesthetic and functional integrity of outdoor spaces. Responsibilities include lawn care, such as watering, raking, and seeding, as well as planting, trimming, weeding, and mulching various landscape elements. Additional duties involve installing and maintaining gardens, fences, gates, retaining walls, outdoor lighting, and water fountains. Job site on the university of Indiana's Campus

**Hard Skills**

+ Ability to stand, bend, squat, and walk for the full duration of the shift

+ Experience in outdoor cleaning and maintenance of grounds, landscaping

**Soft Skills**
