CT MRI Technologist Mountain View Hospital, Payson, UT Schedule: 3:00 PM 11:30 PM (subject to change) Job Summary As a CT / MRI Technologist, you will perform a variety of imaging procedures, maintain patient safety protocols, and support the imaging team. You will provide high?quality patient care and demonstrate expertise in CT and MRI technology. Responsibilities Perform CT and MRI examinations, including application of ionizing radiation and magnetic field techniques. Utilize independent judgment, ingenuity, and initiative to demonstrate anatomy of interest. Provide patient care, comfort, and ensure completion of required procedures. Introduce basics of CT and MRI technology and procedures to staff and student technologists. Obtain and interpret patient information, applying knowledge of growth and development and treatment needs. Qualifications Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) obtained within 30 days of employment start date. Registered Radiographer (ARRT) or State Registered Radiologic Technician. Registered Computed Tomography Technologist. Associate Degree in an applicable field. Advanced knowledge of MRI equipment complexities. Experience performing CT and MRI procedures.
