The TMS / EDI Specialist will manage multiple configurations and applications in support of our client's customers
This includes, maintaining EDI communications, McLeod TMS, AI applications, HubSpot CRM, as well as all customer API integrations
This individual must be able to prioritize and analyze while maintaining precise attention to detail
Prior experience within the transportation industry would be highly desirable

This is a hybrid role, based in Lakeland, FL and requires 3 days in the office per week with the option to work remotely 2 days per week


Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide integration support for the Company's applications, including validating proper setup and use.
  • Attend team meetings and report on current data/application issues and completed tasks.
  • Identify and troubleshoot data integrity issues in conjunction with team members and customers.
  • Document processes and process changes.
  • Research and provide answers to data questions.
  • Review systems to ensure customer needs are met and identify potential modifications for improvements.
  • Escalate issues to management and developers as needed.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
  • 3 years of experience with higher level technology platforms, including:
    • EDI, TMS, API, CRM, AI, etc.
  • Proficiency in technical support is essential, ensuring smooth operations for end-users.
  • Project management skills help coordinate tasks, delivering successful solutions.
  • Problem-Solving: Specialist must tackle complex issues and find innovative solutions.
  • Soft Skills: These include teamwork, attention to detail, and effective communication.
  • Familiarity with EDI mapping would be a plus.
  • Transportation Industry experience highly preferred.
