We are looking for an Analyst of Growth and Market Analytics who will support the strategic direction and execution of growth activities for our Outpatient Division. In this cross-functional role, you will manage growth projects, leverage data to help answer business questions, and support ongoing location portfolio optimization strategy and execution across this division.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify and present de novo growth opportunities based on market intelligence and analytics support
  • Collaborate with leadership to support incoming growth opportunities and provide decision-support deliverables
  • Develop analyses related to program strategic positioning, market conditions, competitor actions and volume/market share trends
  • Create and develop de novo pro forma files to validate potential growth opportunities
  • Manage the entire de novo lifecycle from ideation to approval
  • Conduct market referral source analyses and competitive analyses
Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in relevant discipline
  • 3+ years of progressive business experience
  • 1-3 years of strategic planning, consulting or corporate development experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in data analytics or other relevant professional experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the healthcare sector
  • Experience in financial planning/modeling
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other similar tools
