ERP Programmer Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

Data Management:

Design, develop, and implement data management strategies within the ERP system.

Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security in compliance with organizatonal standards.

Collaborate with cross-functonal teams to understand data requirements and optimize
system performance.

User Training:

Develop and conduct training programs for end-users on ERP system functionalities.

Create user documentation, manuals, and training materials.

Provide ongoing support and guidance to users for effective utlization of the ERP
system.

Data Migration:

Lead data migration projects, ensuring a smooth transition from legacy systems to the
ERP platform.

Develop and execute data migration plans, mapping data fields, and validating data
integrity.

Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and resolve data migration issues.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Programmer, Analyst, or Trainer preferably with a focus on ERP
systems.

Excellent understanding of data management principles and practices.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Additional Skills (Preferred):

Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.

o Certifications and Training experience are acceptable alternatives

Experience with ERP systems such as Jenzabar, Banner, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics.

Training or certification in ERP platforms.
