Uses automated systems to input data, reconcile general ledger accounts including bank accounts and respond to inquiries. Support payroll and reconcile all payroll-related accounts and assist in the review of the payroll computation. Oversee fixed asset reporting including IFRS leases. Reviews cost and variance trends; researching significant variations. Reconcile all intercompany accounts. Supervise CAPEX requests, tracking spend and capitalize asset as required. Performs data management tasks in BPCS. Assist in preparing and monitoring operating forecasts based on budgets. Review significant variations and analyze operating impact. Assist in analyzing the monthly sales and cost reporting, including key KPI’s. Assists other employees with information and/or analysis when requested. Demonstrates understanding, support and consistent application of our Vision, Mission and Core Values. Other duties as assigned. Required Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or any related field. 2+ years supporting a manufacturing business and shared services environment. Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office. Desired 2+ years using ERP systems. CPA Certificate preferred. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel. Competencies Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language. Ability to communicate clearly by conveying and receiving ideas, information, and direction effectively. Ability to demonstrate adequate job knowledge to deliver a world-class performance. Ability to challenge oneself to consistently meet all goals and deadlines. Willingness to strive for excellence by producing work that is free of errors and mistakes.
