Equine Associate/Surgeon

Rainland Farm Equine Clinic is a full-service equine clinic, operating in both mobile and in-clinic settings. The clinic features a surgery/recovery room and is equipped with both arthroscopic and laparoscopic equipment, along with a full-service in-clinic laboratory. Diagnostic equipment includes: Two gastroscopes that can be utilized in the field or in the clinic Dynamic and 1m endoscopes Two Equinosis Lameness Locator systems A 14x17 high definition DR system with a 200ma generator for clearer imaging of the neck and back Located on the property is a silica sand/rubber arena and a round pen for lameness exams. Each associate is provided a fully equipped truck, including DR and ultrasound units. The practice is situated on six acres in Woodinville, WA, just 15 miles from downtown Seattle and 30 miles from SeaTac airport. The surrounding mountains offer a multitude of adventures, including hiking, skiing, fishing, and more. Woodinville also hosts over 100 winery tasting rooms, breweries, distilleries, and a variety of restaurants. We have a diverse horse population in the Northwest that includes Hunter/Jumper, Dressage, Western (pleasure, reining, and cutting), and 3-day eventers, among others. Rainland Farm Equine Clinic is the only multi-veterinarian practice in Washington that is not corporate-owned. Applicants needing time to complete studies and tests to become board certified/accredited may do so with appropriate planning. This position can be full or part-time. A signing bonus may include ownership shares. Medical insurance and practice liability insurance are provided, along with a retirement plan.
