Thereby, we enrich the lives of those we touch. We are looking to hire an experienced Call Center Representative with outbound call center experience at our Pelham, AL office. Job duties include: Sit at a workstation for long hours to interact with customers using a computer and a headset. Manage inbound and outbound customer calls in a timely manner. On average you will complete over 100 calls a day. Build positive work relationships with customers to enhance the image and public perception of our company. Follow our customer engagement strategy. Meet qualitative and quantitative targets. Previous experience in a customer support role/sales role strongly recommended. Excellent phone and verbal communication skills. Adaptable to different personality types. Familiarity with CRM technology. Customer-focused. Ability to multi-task. Excellent time management skills. High school diploma or GED required.
