*Qualifications:*
* On-call every three weeks - when working on call weekends would be required.
* Training Hours - Monday through Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm (30 DAYS) - SHIFT AFTER TRAINING - Saturday/Tuesday 11:30a - 10pm (30 minute lunch) and Saturday/Sunday 9am - 10pm (1 hour lunch).
* Primary work location Reading, PA 19601 - work areas include Pottsville, PA 17901 and Lebanon, PA 17042.
* 100% travel within territory assigned.

*Physical & Technical Requirements:*

This is a physical job, so you must have the ability to do the following:
* A valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record within company-required standards.
* Ability to successfully pass background and drug testing
* Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in close quarters within and around the equipment.
* Familiarity with computers and a variety of consumer communications devices, such as smart phones.
* Service experience or electro mechanical experience is a plus

*Responsibilities*
* Field Service Technician I Join our dynamic service team for this entry level field service position.
* Depending on your assigned territory, you will provide services, repairs and technical maintenance for ATM's, retail point of sale (POS) equipment, locksmithing, Electric Vehicle Charging (EVC) plus related PC and PC peripherals on customer premises.

*You are Responsible for:*
* Performing maintenance on ATMs (e.g., card reader, printer, reset and test devices, etc.).
* Electro mechanical repair.
* Performing basic installation functions (e.g., set up and test equipment, pulling cables, mounting devices, installing locks)
* Performing technical fixes such as clearing paper jams, card jams, bill jams, etc.
* Working with customers to ensure satisfaction with service delivery and understanding of product functionality
* Following key/alarm/combination control processes in assigned area of responsibility

Pay: $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:
* 8 hour shift
* Weekends as needed

Experience:
* Mechanical/Electrical Repair/Machine Repair: 1 year (Preferred)
* Electrical wiring/Solar Installation/Troubleshooting: 1 year (Preferred)
* Battery Repair /Mechanic/Schematics/Solar Equipment: 1 year (Preferred)
* installing locks: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:
* NEED CAR (Required)

Ability to Relocate:
* State College, PA: Relocate before starting work (Required)

Willingness to travel:
* 100% (Required)
