As our Flooring Sales Rep, you'll be the face of our fabulous flooring empire, selling top-notch products to both residential and commercial customers.This dynamic role is a combination of prospecting (business development, "hunting"), account management, and in-home sales and the earning potential is fantastic.If what you've read so far resonates with you and after reading our Core Values, you're even more excited, we invite you to apply.Core Values: We are driven by GRIT:Growth - Personal, professional, company, and communityResourceful - Find ways to get the job done on time and on budget, and think Creatively to make it look and feel NiceIntegrity - Live up to our promises and make sure things are done right or make it rightTogether - We win first as a team, then with our customers and our communityResponsibilities•Close the deal after creating, presenting, and negotiating a solution to your prospects•Move your sales leads and deals through the sales pipeline efficiently while consistently adding new target buyers into the funnel•Position us as the clear and obvious choice in our market through competitive analysis and product trends•Leverage social prospecting and multiple communication channels to find, meet with, and follow-up with potential customers and deal opportunities•Convert "no" into "yes" by identifying and resolving potential obstacles such as budget, timelines, shareholders, competition, and other pain points•Meet or surpass the monthly quota for sold business and lead requirements/ revenue-generating activitiesQualifications•At least 2 years of outside sales experience preferred•Ability to meet and exceed monthly quota in sales•You are an organized, detail and deadline-oriented self-starter who loves contributing your team's goals•You love talking and meeting with prospects, presenting to them, closing the deal, and asking for referrals
