Exciting Opportunity: Quality Control Manager Needed

Our client, a multi-site precast concrete manufacturer, is actively seeking a Quality Control Manager to join their dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and uphold quality control objectives

Oversee inspection activities throughout the production cycle

Manage QC Techs involved in inspection and testing to maintain continuous control over

materials, facilities, and products

Communicate quality control principles to key personnel

Implement total quality management tools and methodologies for analytical and reporting

processes

Collaborate with vendors to ensure the quality of purchased parts

Contribute actively to quality management teams

Design and implement quality control training programs for key personnel, in coordination with

managers

Develop, implement, and analyze concrete mix designs to meet specifications

Address and resolve customer complaints regarding quality

Manage environmental testing functions

Coordinate objectives with production procedures to enhance product reliability and minimize

costs

Qualifications:

Applicant must possess the following:

Current ACI/MCA level 2 certifications

ACI concrete strength level 1 technician

PCI certified level 1 technician

Ability to train & study for PSI Level 2 certification

The ability to follow safety rules and regulations

A strong sense of teamwork and high level of energy

A strong desire to succeed and advance within the organization
