Come Grow With Us What You Will Do: As a Customer Service Rep at a Payment Center, you will be the liaison between the Company and the customer. Process customer monthly payments. Manage large amounts of inbound calls in a timely manner Engaging in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information and diffusing any customers, as needed. Connects very quickly; builds and leverages client relationships. Complete mail sorting tasks.
