Expert Java/.NET/C# Developer

Note: Currently, this position can be performed 100% remotely. However, once staff returns to the office, candidates will be required to report on site in Raleigh, NC.

Job Description: The client is seeking an Expert Level Java and .Net/C# Developer for an approximately 12-month engagement for the client’s State Automated Driver License System (SADLS), a part of DMV Systems applications, for supporting existing Java based application and developing & supporting .Net/C# based REST API services and Web Applications. The contractor must have extensive experience building Java and ,Net/C# based REST API services and Web Applications. Must possess detailed understanding and experience working with Eclipse, Microsoft Visual Studio, .Net Core and .Net frameworks. This individual must have proven experience with enterprise level software development programs. The contractor must have the ability to analyze, define, and document requirements for data, workflow, and business processes. He or she must be able to document the program and project deliverables as assigned. Consult with clients to prototype, refine, and test, and debug applications and processes to meet the requirements.

Required Skills/Experience: Experience in Java Web Development using Eclipse, DB2

Required 7 Years Experience using Git

Required 7 Years Experience using Azure DevOps for Agile Application Development and deployment

Required 5 Years Experience in building scalable, server-side applications using RESTful APIs. .Net Core and .Net frameworks

Required 5 Years Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain business processes to IT users and IT applications to business user

Required 5 Years Excellent interpersonal, organizational and presentation skills.

Required 5 Years Experience using JavaScript Libraries (Ex. jQuery, VueJS, Angular)
