Deliver superior customer service to all retail and grooming customers with a “customer comes first” attitude and connecting with the customer while maximizing sales. Create and maintain personal clientele info with regular communication and customer follow-up and attend company-related community events. Answer phones and schedule grooming appointments. Check-in/check-out all grooming customers. Complete all retail sales. Report and maintain appropriate inventory levels and stock the store. Listen and offer customers educated suggestions based on pet needs. Respond to customer needs, special requests, and complaints. Maintain the stamina to stand for long periods of time. Follow Woof Gang Bakery operational policies and procedures, including but not limited to safety and security. Actively support securing company assets through effective Loss Prevention in compliance with company policies and procedures. Protect the Woof Gang Bakery brand message and philosophies by maintaining a professional appearance. Ability to work weekends and weekdays. Ensure store remains impeccably presentable and clean at all times. Additional duties/responsibilities may be assigned. Qualifications and Skills Must love working with dogs Previous retail experience is a must Ability to lift to 45+ pounds. Excellent verbal communication skills and understand how to create an exceptional pet parent service experience. Extraordinary organizational skills and strong attention to detail. Customer-service oriented. Must love working with animals. Like working with people and like selling. A reliable team player with a positive attitude and great work ethic. Must maintain a clean and healthy environment for all clients. Must have reliable transportation. Pet store experience (preferred). #J-18808-Ljbffr
