The role of an Engineer III - Quality Assurance at IEHP is to Lead Quality Assurance efforts on the implementation of large complex third-party software products / homegrown software products across the organization and provide Quality Assurance support to various departments in IT. Support testing efforts within an agile team and execute all levels of testing (Functional, API testing, Data Validation, Integration, and Regression). Responsible for interfacing with end users to understand requirements (Business Analysis) and in some cases ascertain areas of improvement, such as cost reduction solutions and automation solutions. Perform ETL tests which require strong PL/SQL Skills and Data warehousing knowledge.

Qualifications:
Education & Requirements
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution required, preferably with a major in Information Technology, Mathematics, Business Administration, or Healthcare.
In lieu of the required degree, a minimum of four (4) years of additional relevant work experience is required for this position.

Key Qualifications
Proficiency with Microsoft PC desktop applications including Excel, Word, Project, and Visio. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Excellent listening and interpersonal skills. The ability to build and maintain Automation scripts.
Ability to lead and mentor other Quality Assurance resources.
