Job Description: Our San Francisco CA office has an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist to join our growing team. In

this role you will serve as the key point of contact for our customers, employees and guests/clients. We are seeking a

motivated and engaging person who enjoys multi-tasking, learning on the job, and providing simultaneous support in a

customer service and administrative capacity.

Manager.

Job Expectations:

and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following:

* Receptionist Duties:
o Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner

o Welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner, and answer any questions visitors have

o Maintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times

o Receive deliveries; sort and distribute incoming mail
* General office administrative tasks:
o Order and maintain office supplies

o Operate and maintain standard office equipment, including a copy machine

o Maintain Office Calendars including conference room scheduling

o Maintain the Breakroom and coffee machine

o Assist with AP/AR, Onbase invoicing program

o Data Entry, Filing, other administrative support for fellow employees

o Setting up new job files

o Assist with coordinating internal and external events

o Coverage for vacation/sick days
* Format and word process documents, reports and contracts, spreadsheets, and other diverse content

* Other duties as assigned

Desired Skills and Experience:
* Good written and verbal communication skills required

* High School degree required, AA or college degree preferred

* 1 + years' experience in a customer service role and in a professional office setting preferred. Fire Protection or

construction experience a plus.

* Must be positive, flexible, reliable, responsive, self-motivated, able to multi-task and work both independently and

in a team environment, and under deadline pressures

* Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills required

* Candidate will be capable in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Power Point
