Key Responsibilities:
Achievement of KPIs:

Focus on achieving relevant KPIs including Zero Harm Safety, On-Time Delivery, and Revenue Output.
Continuous Improvement:

Drive continuous improvement in your team and relevant work processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Customer Value:

Deliver value to our customers through efficient distribution operations and excellent service.
Collaboration:

Collaborate with other groups across the organization to ensure smooth operations and alignment with overall business objectives.

Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world-class safety culture.
Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:
Relevant experience (5-10 years) in a large distribution business, including management of warehouse operations.
Familiarity with ERP systems; knowledge and familiarity with SAP are considered a plus.
College degree is preferred and could serve as a reduction to years of required experience.
Compensation:
$60K-$90K depending on experience.
