SUMMARY
The Exercise Physiologist is responsible for providing quality, cost effective patient care aimed at restoring function and/or preventing disability. The Exercise Physiologist helps patients reach their maximum levels to improve their quality of life by performing duties assigned by the Cardiac Rehabilitation Coordinator.

QUALIFICATIONS
1. Minimum of Bachelor of Science in exercise science with current ACSM certification or a master's degree required.
2. Experience preferred in cardiac rehabilitation/prevention as evidenced by clinical expertise in recognition of dysrhythmia and awareness treatment.
3. BLS required. ACLS certification required within the first 6 months to one year of employment.
4. Pennsylvania state police criminal record check, child abuse history clearance and a FBI criminal history check required.
