Details: Our client in Turtle Creek, PA is hiring a Toolmaker at their location.Job Description:- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications to understand tool requirements- Use precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges to ensure accuracy and quality in tool manufacturing- Manufacture using "Tool Steel" from beginning block stage to end product- Set up and operate Haas machine equipment to complete manufacturing process- Adhere to customer specifications and pay close attention to detail (.0001 tolerances)- Inspect finished tools and dies to verify conformance to specificationsJob RequirementsDetails: Job Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or apprenticeship in toolmaking or related field preferred- Proven experience as a Toolmaker or similar role in a tool & die environment- Must be able to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints- Experience operating a variety of machine tools such as lathes, milling machines, grinders, and CNC machines- Ability to use precision measuring instruments accurately
