With an 25-bed Med?Surg unit and a 6-bed ICU, the facility serves as the sole hospital within an hours drive, offering vital care to a close?knit coastal community. The Multi-Unit RN Manager will report directly to the Director of Nursing, collaborating closely with charge nurses, physicians, and ancillary staff to ensure seamless operations.
