JOB DESCRIPTION **Warehouse Associate**

We have an outstanding opportunity to share

The Warehouse Associate ensures that our customers receive accurate parts in a timely and safe manner while maintaining the warehouse floor.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Picking, packing and p**r**eparing shipments of customer orders accurately within the same day with a 99% accuracy rate.

* Load and unload delivery trucks daily.

* Utilize collaboration by sharing information and skills, assisting other team members, and adaptable to support other departments with meeting the needs of the business.

* Keep a clean and safe work area.

* Must participate in all required safety training as offered.

* Utilize company Email servers, internet, and shipment tracking software when needed

**Position Requirements**

* High School Diploma or equivalent.

* 1 year experience - 2 years preferrein a warehouse/distribution environment; experience operating a forklift preferred.

* Must have shift flexibility; mornings or afternoons.

* Basic computer knowledge; ex. Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.

* Able to stand for more than half a given shift or Workday, in addition to walking/stooping/kneeling/climbing.

* Ability to lift or maneuver 40 lbs and use tools and equipment for products that weigh up to 100 lbs.

* Knowledgeable of hazardous materials shipping procedures.

* Detail and Safety oriented. Comfortable with typical warehouse and shipping methods and tools. Works well in a team environment.

* Must communicate timely and accurately with upper management and internal departments such as Field Service, Customer Service, Finance, Bids and Contracts, HR, IT.

* Must build and maintain positive relationships with vendors who interact with Radiometer America facilities.

* Exhibits a need to succeed by setting personal goals to outperform company metrics
