Position Overview:
As a Server, you will take food and beverage orders, serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages, and deliver food to guest tables efficiently and courteously, following our service standards. You'll assist in maintaining the restaurant area and equipment while ensuring a superior dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Uphold all departmental policies, service procedures, and standards daily.
  • Have comprehensive knowledge of table numbers, room capacity, and restaurant setup.
  • Maintain expertise in all menu items, wine/champagne selections, and service techniques.
  • Adhere strictly to state liquor regulations and maintain knowledge of all liquor brands and beverages.
  • Perform opening and closing side duties, including table setups, supply requisitions, and restaurant cleanliness.
  • Engage in suggestive selling techniques and maintain positive guest relations at all times.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of assigned stations and service areas.
  • Anticipate and respond promptly to guests' needs, providing courteous and helpful service.
  • Full time and part time available.
