**BRAND NEW CENTER OPENING SOON**

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Director of Childcare Services to join our team in New Jersey. The Director will oversee all aspects of our childcare business, including but not limited to staff management, daily operations, customer service, and curriculum development.
Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage a team of childcare professionals, ensuring quality care and education for children
  • Develop and implement curriculum and programs that align with our mission and promote inspiration, innovation, and life-long learning for children
  • Maintain compliance with state and local regulations, as well as licensing requirements
  • Foster positive relationships with families, staff, and the community
  • Manage financial operations, including budgeting and reporting
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a leadership role in a childcare or education setting
  • Minimum of 5 years experience teaching infants, toddlers, and/or preschoolers in a licensed childcare facility
  • Current First Aide & CPR Certified
  • Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
  • Familiarity and demonstrated knowledge of state and local childcare regulations and licensing requirements, policies, and procedures
  • Passion for promoting early childhood education and care
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team and lead by example
  • Staff Hiring Experience (must pass a background check and sign a non-compete before the start date)
Preferred Experience:
  • Master's degree in education or a related field
  • Experience with Childcare center start-up
  • Curriculum Development and Implementation
  • Bi/Multilingual

Pay Scale:

$25.00 - 27.00 per hour

Hours:

50hrs per week
6:30 am - 6:30 pm
