client's needs, and proactively provide solutions.
U
se discussions and workshops with stakeholders and contract staff to
identify
the elements that work best
to address the clients’ complex
problems.
Train and
knowledge share with project team.
Develop reports, write knowledge content, and prepare presentations for senior management to support
any recommendations
, new initiatives, or enhancements, as
required. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.
Basic Qualifications:
8+ years of experience with
government
acquisitions, life-cycle planning, program management, and business operations
6
+ years of experience with management
consulting, including
leading or supporting a large public or private sector multi-channel contact center
m
odernization effort
Experience with the development of RFPs, including competitive and non-competitive
Experience with Source Selections and Technical Evaluations
Experience with using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Outlook
Experience with providing contractual consultation to a government client, including researching, analyzing, and interpreting complex rules and regulations, and providing actionable recommendations to government clients
Knowledge of
the federal
acquisition
regulations (FAR)
policies and processes
, and principles of acquisition planning
Ability to lead discussions with various stakeholders to conduct strategic planning, define business
objectives, prioritize goals, and mitigate risks, and
present complex solutions or applications to staff
and
customers
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
Bachelor’s degree
Additional Qualifications:
Experience working with teams in an Agile environment
Knowledge of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS)
Possession of excellent analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, and initiative taking skills
SAFe
Agile Scrum Master Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $67,700.00 to $154,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
