Find your home in family medicine at Family Care NetworkLocation:City: Position: Full-time, Monday-Friday, non-exempt (hourly)Compensation: The full wage scale for a Medical Assistant (MA-C) is $22.47 - $31.86 per hour. The full wage scale for a Licensed Practical nurse (LPN) is $24.94 - $35.36. Placement within the wage range is determined by the candidate's relevant experience.Bonus: Candidates are eligible to receive a sign-on bonus of $3,000 when accepting a full-time position (0.75 - 1.0 FTE) or $1,500 when accepting a part-time position (0.5 - 0.74 FTE) (Subject to payback clause). For LPN, may be eligible for Multistate License (MSL) which allows nurses (LPN/RN) from other states to practice in WA State without needing an additional license. (Link: https://nursing.wa.gov/msl) Current BLS or within 60 days of hire.Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to stand, walk, sit, use hand to finger coordination, handle or feel objects, tools or controls, reach with hands and arms, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and listen attentively. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds.Immunization Requirements: Employees are required to meet immunization standards in accordance with federal, state, and organizational health and safety guidelines, as applicable to the role.
