Your Role : As a Senior Infrastructure Analyst, you will work with our global network of experts to solve technical escalations that our Business Partners may face. You will leverage your skills and experience to provide high-quality solutions that delight our customers. Leading by example, you will also share your knowledge and insights with our Analysts, creating a strong and collaborative team. You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of the CX function, adding value for our global Business Partners and team members alike. You’ll also co-lead a Subject Matter Expert (SME) program, working with our engineering counterparts, focused on aiding the successful transition and adoption of new and changing solutions in your domain. What we are looking for : Perform the daily operational tasks of the team, provide timely and effective assistance to inquiries and requests to meet the agreed service standards.

Support escalated work items as needed, resolve them satisfactorily, implement long-term solutions and preventive measures.

Perform in-depth analysis to provide resolution to technical issues.

Share your technical expertise with the front line CX team to help enhance their skills.

Assume responsibility for critical issues such as major incidents, complex changes, Problem Management and assist with the action plan for effective resolution.

Responsible for advancing the culture of compliance to operational standards, processes and procedures.

Discover opportunities to improve, lead and/or support with optimizing systems’ efficiencies through technology, original thinking and creativity. Continually striving to improve working practices to ensure the team works as productively as possible.

Lead a selected CX SME channel, participate in stand-ups, ceremonies, and share knowledge with the broader CX team and champions.

Contribute to Continuous Improvement process, by adding your ideas for improvement to the register and supporting activities through to conclusion.

Partner with other Technology teams to deliver outstanding services from Technology Infrastructure perspective.

Ensure all activities are in line with Invesco’s Conduct principles.

What you can bring : Background in a Business Partner-prioritized, service-oriented environment is key.

Proven experience working in a technology support environment.

Real-world experience in troubleshooting issues with the following technologies: MECM – Task sequencing, Troubleshooting

Operating System Build

AppSense Environment Manager Configuration and Deployment

Group Policy

Active Directory

Powershell

Power Automate

End User Hardware

Experience in Financial Services or other regulated industry sectors is preferred, but not essential.

Strong troubleshooting skills.

Familiarity of Infrastructure technologies, including Networks, VOIP, Servers, Virtualization, Storage, Databases, end user solutions.
