We are looking for smiling faces with compassionate client service skills for our Client Care Representative team. Successful candidates must be able to multitask, prioritize, handle extensive phone work while maintaining a professional attitude and excellent written and verbal communication skills. If you want to join an outstanding team and have a desire for a career in veterinary medicine, this is the job for you KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS Two or more years recent experience in a veterinary facility preferred Required Knowledge of general office practices and procedures, receptionist and telephone techniques. Ability to perform clerical work with speed and accuracy, use a multiple-line telephone system, handle cash and other forms of payment, and interact closely with clients and pets on a daily basis. Education equivalent to the completion of the 12thAt least two years recent experience in an office or medical environment with increasing responsibilities. Preferred Knowledge of veterinary medical terminology and procedures, and general computer knowledge. Ability to type 45 words per minute, enter data into a computer database, and use a ten key adding machine. Operates under the direct supervision of the receptionist team leader and veterinary practice manager.
