Responsibilities

Supervise assigned staff in performing business services activities or tasks.

* Determine, coordinate and supervise daily staffing assignments and levels. * Assess quality of services delivered and facilitate staff development programs. * Ensure staff compliance with departmental and organizational policies, procedures and protocols. * Train, coach, and evaluate associates on performance expectations and applies progressive discipline when appropriate.

Requirements

Education:

* High School diploma equivalency with 1 year of experience OR 2 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. * Note: Required professional licensure/certification and 1 year of experience can be used in lieu of education, if applicable.

Additional Preferences

* 5 Years payor enrollment experience preferred
