Trisian-Global Consulting LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Business / Data Analyst for an on-site permanent position in Memphis.

This position is On-Site in Memphis.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes, systems, and data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for optimizationCollaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for developmentDevelop and maintain data models, data dictionaries, and other documentation to support data analysis and reportingDesign and execute data queries and reports to extract insights and identify trendsIdentify and troubleshoot data quality issues and work with the appropriate teams to resolve themDevelop and maintain dashboards and visualizations to effectively communicate data insights to stakeholdersStay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and business intelligence to continuously improve processes and methodologiesAct as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure successful delivery of projectsProvide training and support to end-users to ensure proper utilization and understanding of data and reporting toolsQualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field3+ years of experience in business and data analysis, preferably in a consulting or IT environmentBusiness Analysis Certification a strong advantageStrong understanding of database structures, data modeling, and data warehousing conceptsProficient in SQL and experience with data querying and reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikViewExperience with business process mapping and documentationExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insightsStrong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teamsDetail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and data integrityProven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge of Agile methodologies is a plus
