THE OPPORTUNITY As the Coordinator, People Operations, you will support employment compliance with work authorizations, including new hire documentation. This position is responsible for reviewing documents such as I-9s, minor permits, and various onboarding documents that ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.This role completes follow-up with employees and managers, and collaborates with cross-functional partners on case resolution. WHAT YOU'LL DO + Provide administrative support focused on compliance with employment eligibility and minor employment regulations and policies. + Review and process daily audit assignments (I-9s, minor permits, account merges, personal information changes, employees not eligible for rehire, etc.). + Utilize E-Verify to review employee eligibility and follow up on Tentative Non-Confirmation (TNCs), along with other E-Verify case statuses. + Investigate and resolve customer inquiries (e.g., rehires, onboarding tasks, and general compliance matters) via email or ServiceNow. + Assists with other projects, as needed. WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TABLE + High school diploma or equivalent, plus 1-2 years of work experience in Human Resources preferred. + Customer Service, Shared Services, or Operations experience preferred. + Strong written and verbal communication. + Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, specifically Word, Excel and Outlook. + Experience with E-Verify, Workday and ServiceNow (or other case management software) preferred. + Enjoy working in a fast paced, diverse environment. + Excellent customer service skills. + Ability to work a flexible, full-time schedule to include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. You are also eligible for annual cash bonuses and equity awards based upon performance and other factors. Actual compensation offered may vary depending on skill level, experience, and/or education.
