Position: Demand Planner The Demand Planner at Sonos is responsible for Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) Governance for Sonos Professional business vertical accounts within the EMEA region. This role also involves owning demand forecast accuracy as a key objective for the EMEA Professional business. The Demand Planner serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including Go To Market (GTM) account sales managers, Finance (FP&A) counterparts, regional allocations manager, account fulfillment coordinators, and cross-functional partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Own the Local Regional Forecast Process from creation to execution

Optimize and improve demand forecast accuracy (measured by MAPE)

Run a Collaborative Planning, Forecasting, and Replenishment (CPFR) process with key partners

Prepare and submit monthly and weekly demand forecasts based on various inputs

Monitor, adjust, and allocate supplies to optimize channel/distributor inventory metrics

Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth execution of regional to local projects and programs

Requirements:

2+ years of planning experience in FMCG, Electronics, or similar industries

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field

Strong communication and analytical skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Experience with Salesforce for sales opportunity funnel management is a plus
