We're seeking a dynamic individual to join our client's team as a Customer Support Specialist .

This position offers the opportunity to engage with customers, handle inquiries, and contribute to the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities : Respond to inbound calls and emails, providing accurate information on pricing, products, and delivery or directing inquiries to the appropriate department. Efficiently process customer orders received via phone and email. Manage and organize incoming leads, qualifying their interest and nurturing them towards a decision through consistent follow-ups. Identify opportunities to upsell and suggest additional products or services to current customers, building and maintaining strong customer relationships. Handle payment processing and ensure timely collection of outstanding accounts. Investigate and resolve customer issues promptly, documenting incidents and categorizing any reported defects or errors. Collaborate and communicate effectively with internal departments to achieve sales targets and ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications : High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate degree or higher is a plus. Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems is preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Problem-solving skills with the ability to recommend effective solutions.
