Oversee the process of assuring the clinical competence of personnel.

QUALIFICATIONS Required Bachelor's Degree

5 years Nursing/Patient Care Required

2 years Previous managerial experience with demonstrated leadership skills - Preferred

Registered Nurse (RN) - Required in state of practice.

Basic Life Support Program (BLS) - American Heart Association

Nursing Leadership Certification - Within 36 months of hire

Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - American Heart Association Required

Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) - Required if required by unit
