DBA IES Electrical, seeking Electrical Construction Project Manager-Data Center in Richmond, Virginia. Job Summary Works with the Sr. Project Manager to provide overall management in all phases of construction for one or more commercial electrical projects and develops new business opportunities related to specific clients or regions. Manages projects to exceed customer expectations, ensuring compliance with NEC, safety policies, and OSHA requirements. Collaborates with the Sr. Project Manager to establish project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards within corporate guidelines. Represents the company in project meetings and assists in labor negotiations and strategy discussions. Manages financial aspects of contracts to protect the company's interests while maintaining good client relationships. Performs takeoffs and pricing for change orders and project-related work. Work is performed onsite at the project location. Qualifications At least 5 years of electrical construction project management experience on projects exceeding $10M, including mission-critical, ground-up construction, and remodeling. Bachelor's Degree in engineering or construction management preferred. Valid Electrical License at Journeyman or Master level strongly preferred. Proficient in computer skills, communication (oral and written), and interpersonal skills. Experience with industry-standard software such as Accubid, Blue Beam, Procore, CX Alloy, BIM360, MS Project, P6, etc. Business knowledge of vendors in the electrical construction industry.
