Job Description:We are seeking askilled and forward-thinking senior software engineer to join our team. In this role, you will take ownership of building, maintaining, and optimizing internal web applications, implementing third-party API integrations, and developing ad-hoc scripts. As a key contributor, you will work across the entire tech stack, ensuring scalable and high-performing solutions. The Systems Development Team drives efficiency and innovation by developing in-house web applications and integrating third-party APIs to automate and enhance our sales and operations. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine technical requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals. Develop and implement solutions iteratively, incorporating feedback to refine features and improve functionality. Integrate third-party APIs and optimize existing systems to enhance automation and efficiency. Perform code reviews, providing constructive feedback to improve code quality, maintainability, and best practices. Mentor junior engineers, fostering their growth through guidance, technical support, and knowledge sharing. Stay up to date with industry trends, continuously improving development processes and tools. Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in the web application realm of software engineering Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience Perl, or desire to work in Perl (if you know Mojolicious, even better) Vue.js (or another modern framework) HTML/CSS Preferred Requirements GraphQL OAuth experience Experience building integrations with 3rd party APIs JQuery Sage Intacct Health, Dental, and Vision insurance.
