**Cashier/Receptionist**

As a **Cashier/Receptionist**, you will foster and strengthen relationships with existing guests by providing a high level of customer service and work closely with team members in the Service, Parts and Sales Departments ensuring continuity in daily operations.

**Responsibilities**

* Answer guest calls and establish follow-up with service appointments

* Service appointment scheduling utilizing X-Time software

* Follow-up with appointment no-shows

* Contacting guests who are overdue for service

* Scheduling guests for Smog, VIN Verifications and Weight Certificates

* Cashiering Service and Parts guests including taking credit cards and cash payments

* Balancing transactions at the end of each day including the cash drawer

* Closing completed work orders

* Coordinate rental/loaner vehicles with guests using General Motors software

* Assisting with Extended Warranty submissions

* Scanning and filing documents

* Keeping a working inventory of office supplies for Service, Parts, Sales and Finance Departments

* Participate in team and process development sessions keeping positive relationships with teammates, service teams and dealership management

**Qualifications**

* At least one previous role based in customer service experience

* Excellent teammate with a collaborative attitude and eagerness to improve

* Prompt and courteous demeanor

* Positive and hardworking personality

* Strong computer skills

* Valid drivers license and clean driving record
