Role Description

The primary responsibility of our Construction Project Manager is to oversee and manage construction projects ranging from $500,000 to $50 million. They will provide administrative direction to on-site teams to ensure projects are completed within schedule and budget constraints.

Additionally, the Project Manager will address any potentially serious issues and implement corrective measures as needed.

Qualifications

  • Self-motivated with strong leadership skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Primavera, AutoCAD, and Viewpoint software.
  • Experience in the automotive sector preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving and planning skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in structural steel within heavy industrial project management.

Pay Rate:

$70,000 to $130,000 annual + Other Benefits
